The Governors seek to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher with the qualities and skills to support us to achieve aspirational outcomes for our pupils. You will work with our Headteacher and senior leadership team to develop the school vision and values, enabling us to build on the current strengths of this very successful Infant and Nursery school.
We wish to appoint someone who is able to demonstrate:


  •  Strong leadership skills and the ability to support, challenge and inspire others
  •  Outstanding classroom practice, with a proven track record in raising standards and with the highest expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour
  •  Have the knowledge and skills to develop teaching and learning and raise attainment across Foundation Stage and Key Stage One
  •  The ability to lead a variety of teams effectively and contribute positively in a team environment
  •  Experience of leading professional development
  •  Knowledge of whole-school curriculum development
