This vacancy is: Full time – 40 hours over 7 days (agreed shift and minimum of 2 sleep-ins)

Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join Chaigeley School staff team in care environment that is driven towards excellence and positives outcomes for children. We are looking for a Deputy Registered Manager with experience working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues to support the Registered Manager in setting up and managing a 52-week care provision.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Deputy Registered Manager who is:

· Able to take a full active role in the induction and performance management of care staff.

· Have experience working within a children’s home which was rated good to outstanding by Ofsted

· To take total responsibility of the Children’s Homes in the absence of the Registered Manager

Chaigeley is a non-maintained day special school for boys and girls with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) and is developing a 52-week care provision for children in association with the school.
