Job Title:  Teaching Assistant X 2
Contract:  Fixed term until 31st August 2017 and will be subject to review at that point 
based on available SEND funding.  

Grade:  Grade 4 (Point 10-13) £16,772 -£17,891 pro rata. One post could be available on Grade 5 (Point 14-18) £18,560 - £21,057 pro rata post to a candidate who offered the requisite skills and abilities. 
Hours of Duty:  33.5 hours per week term time only + 5 days
Lymm High School is seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants due to an increased number of pupils with additional funding.  The successful candidates will work under the direction of teaching staff, enabling access to learning for all pupils.  For the grade 4 post you will work with, and supervise, individuals and/or groups of students providing assistance and support in classroom management, SEND and behaviour management.  A post at grade 5 is available to the right candidate to support the English faculty in raising achievement, a position which attracts Grade 5 (Point 14-18) £18,560 - £21,057 pro rata.
