Warrington Borough Council has secured European funding to help young people into education, jobs and apprenticeships, and to highlight career opportunities in key occupational sectors.
To support the work of our busy Employment Development Team, we are recruiting to the External Funding Projects Co-ordinator role. This post is fully funded through the European Social Fund.
External Funding Projects Co-ordinator
Grade 5 £18,745 to £21,268
37 hours per week
Fixed term contract to 31st August 2018
This role will provide support to ensure the smooth running of externally funded projects, including liaising with various partners, gathering and collating evidence that will comply with audit requirements, and maximising the amount of funding to be claimed.
Applicants should have experience of working on time limited projects, including meeting deadlines, achieving targets and satisfying audit and compliance requirements. Keen attention to detail and accuracy is important, with highly developed literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, as well as experience of preparing and presenting reports, including budget forecasts and reconciliations.
