Want to make a real difference?

We are passionate about public service and about delivering consistent and reliable services to our customers.

Overall we're in great shape, but like many other councils we're facing the increasingly tricky challenge of addressing reducing budgets at the same time as demand for our services is growing. We now need to move more quickly to develop our digital offer so that we can focus on our staffing resources on those people who need our help the most.

We're on the verge of an exciting journey which will change the way that we work to modernise and digitise our services - and to ensure that everything we do is as cost effective as possible.

Our Warrington 20:20 transformation programme gives us a platform through which we will be working will colleagues across the council to achieve this. Together we'll be working to transform how our services are delivered with a focus on enabling our people and improving our processes and technology.

Fancy joining our team?

If you're a team player and like the challenge of developing creative solutions to complex business needs then we want to talk to you. Joining our team offers you the unique opportunity to help shape and deliver an exciting and challenging business and technology transformation programme - and to be in it from the start.

Continuous personal and professional development is important to us too, so you will be supported and mentored every step of the way.
