Why complete an evaluation form?
Please take the opportunity to complete an evaluation form after attending a course. We use the feedback on these forms to make improvements to the courses and to assess training needs so that we can plan to deliver the right courses in future terms.
It is therefore important that you are as specific as possible about what you liked or did not like about a course and whether you felt it met with your needs. We know this can be difficult to do, especially if you have criticisms about a course, but we can’t make any changes unless we know what’s wrong. The trainer will not be offended by any comments you make. They are a valuable tool for ensuring the quality of our training programme.
Please also tell us about any other training that you need and we will do our best to include it in a future programme.
Of course, comments and suggestions can always be emailed to us at any time, please contact us via the Families Information Service.
