Conferences

Walton Hall is situated amidst 32 acres of picturesque parkland and boasts award winning Green Flag gardens. Ideal for bbq's and open-air events.

Walton Hall comprises of several function rooms, suitable for a variety of uses.

Walton Hall have the expertise to provide you with everything required to ensure the success and smooth operation of your event. Whether it be conferencing, banqueting, team building, product launches, marquee events, corporate parties or summer balls. We really can cater for any event!

We also have our very own 18-hole golf course and 9-hole pitch and putt that can be made available for use on request. 

There are three conference rooms available at Walton Hall: the Function Room, Concert Room and Daresbury Room.  Each room can hold 100 delegates, however if you book the entire hall for your event we can cater for up to 200 delegates in total.

Each room can be set out to meet your requirements including theatre-style, cabaret-style and boardroom-style. Projectors, screens, wifi access and a PA system are all available at no extra cost.

Prices

The fee to hire one of the rooms at Walton Hall for your business event is £220 per day.  

To secure your booking a deposit is required. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, we require 72 hours notice otherwise the full cost of the hall hire and catering must be paid.

Catering

Alternatively, if you would like to include catering for your delegates, Walton Hall can be hired for the day at £29.00pp, which includes:

  • Full venue hire
  • Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits during your morning break
  • Lunchtime two-course meal including soup and main course or main course and sweet – download the conferencing two-course menu [pdf]
  • Tea, coffee and a selection of teatime pastries and cakes during your afternoon break

Or, if you prefer, you can pay for hire of the hall or one of the rooms as above, and opt for our conferencing buffet menu which starts at an extra £5.95, plus tea, coffee, cakes and pastries for £1.75.

We’re unable to allow you to bring in outside caterers for your event.

Bar

We're a fully licensed establishment and have a bar for post-meeting networking.

Parking and public transport

Parking for business events is free. We have a private car park for up to 25 vehicles and we can also issue free passes for the Walton Gardens public pay and display car park.

Walton Hall is easily accessible via a local bus route from Warrington town centre.

Accommodation

There is no accommodation available at Walton Hall, however we can recommend some quality nearby hotels if necessary.
