Fostering

Could you foster?

Fostering is an incredible, flexible, self-employed and home-based role that uses your skills with children. It’s about caring for some of the most vulnerable children in your community, providing them with a warm, nurturing and consistent environment. Working with professionals such as social workers, health professionals and teachers, you will ensure that the child’s voice is heard and their best interests are kept at the forefront of all decisions.

Warrington is now part of Foster4, a new collaborative service based at Warrington Council, recruiting foster carers on behalf of the four Local Authorities in Cheshire: Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton and Warrington.

Fostering households come in all shapes and sizes. If you’re great with children, have a spare bedroom and feel you’d be able to offer children exceptional care in a family environment, we’d love to hear from you.
