Career Grade 5 to 7 £20,493 to £31,364 starting point is subject to level of qualification, experience and demonstrable expertise. Career progression and incremental pay award is dependent on excellent performance and professional development.

Full Time Permanent Position (two posts)

25 Days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service) plus 8 bank holidays, the council standard terms apply

We are seeking a high calibre individual to fill this challenging role. You will carry out a comprehensive range of arboriculture operations to maintain the Councils tree and woodland assets, deploying equipment and undertaking works in accordance with British Standard 3998-2010 for Tree Works. The post is offered as a career grade 5 to 7 starting point within the grade is dependent on qualification, experience and expertise.

You must hold the necessary NTPC chainsaw qualifications as appropriate to the grade and a full driving licence.

The post requires a flexible approach to meet service demands and participate in emergency call out response rota which may include occasional evening or weekend working; additional payments apply.
