The role

We have 2 exciting opportunities that have arisen for motivated Occupational Therapists to join our Assisted Living Team.

Warrington are well on their journey to work collaborative across Health and Social Care to improve outcomes for those living within Warrington.

The Assisted Living Team is part of the Integrated Care tier which includes Intermediate care, Community Rapid Response, Intermediate Care at Home, Care Call, Telecare and Sensory services.

About you

We are looking for values led, dynamic and compassionate individuals to join the service at a time of significant opportunity.

You will use a strength-based approach,  be able to demonstrate skills and expertise in delivering OT functional assessments and interventions.  Be able to provide practical and workable solutions through the provision of equipment and/or property adaptations, with the aim of promoting independence and keeping people safe and well in their own homes.

Moving and handling risk assessment and the implementation of a single handed care approach is also an integral part of the role.


You will need excellent communication and time management skills and a sound knowledge of the relevant health, social care and housing legislation.

You will have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, be HCPC registered and be able to evidence CPD.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
