Deputy Service Manager (IDVA Team)
The role
We have an exciting opportunity of a Deputy Service Manager to join our recently established Domestic Abuse Hub that delivers a high quality service to victims, children and young people impacted by domestic abuse.
The primary function of the role is to support the Service Manager in the operational delivery of the IDVA service which also includes an outreach and a young person's service offer. The role will also involve holding a small caseload of complex casework and building strong working relationships with key partner’s agencies, attending Marac meetings and delivering training.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
· Experience of working with high risk domestic abuse victims
· Providing supervisory/coaching/leadership support
· Strong Crisis management
· High level of resilience of working with complex caseload
· Strong communication skills
A bit about us:
You will be joining a diverse, friendly and supportive team based in central Warrington. However, we operate a hybrid working model that currently requires staff to be office based 2 days a week.
We are in easily commutable distance of Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. We have a car leasing scheme (salary sacrifice) and rail ticket scheme available.
