The Governors seek to appoint a creative, inspirational and committed teacher. We are a committed Church of England Primary school and we would wish to appoint a candidate who will uphold our Christian ethos.

This post is suitable for any outstanding NQTs and recently qualified teachers. We pride ourselves in offering strong support for teachers in the early stages of their career and offer a comprehensive programme of guidance and support.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Outstanding classroom practice.

Excellent behaviour management.

The ability to work effectively and contribute positively in a team environment.

The ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, staff and governors.

Drive, ambition and high expectations with a commitment to improving outcomes for all children.

A proven record as an outstanding creative classroom practitioner and be passionate about education and raising standards across the school.

A desire to be creative and positive whilst retaining a key drive on basic skills development.

The ability to embrace change, reflect and strive for improvement in own professional practice
