The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services, to include help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering/bathing. Working to the principles of care which offers choice, promotes independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care.

Formal qualifications are not necessary for the post, but basic reading and writing skills are essential. Experience of working in care would be an advantage.  You should be flexible in your approach to work, as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. 

You should be a team player with the ability to work without direct supervision as required.

DBS clearance is required.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
