An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Public Health service providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Public Health.

We are seeking to appoint an individual with experience of working effectively in an environment with high levels of work related pressure working with deadlines, interruptions and work demands. Acting on your own initiative you will undertake tasks and duties dealing with confidential issues supporting the Executive Director, working proactively and with discretion.

This role requires experience of accurate minute taking, report writing to a high standard and a flexible, supportive attitude.

You will be expected to undertake all aspects of secretarial / administrative support therefore excellent IT skills including the ability to use spreadsheets and databases and utilise software packages to produce high quality documentation is essential.

There will be opportunities for continuous professional development.
