No Wrong Door is nationally recognised innovative programme working with complex young people and their families who are on the edge of care. It is an ambitious programme that through relationships and 'stickability' aims to improve the life chances of young people with a range of complex needs. 

No Wrong Door devised by North Yorkshire County Council integrates Outreach support, residential care, foster care, speech and language support, mental health support and the police in a single hub. 

Warrington launched the No Wrong Door service in April 2021 as part of the Department of Educations flagship £84 million Strengthening Families Programme. The No Wrong Door service works as part of Warrington's Social Care Systemic practice model where relationships are at the heart of all the work we do with young people and families. 

We are looking for someone to take on the role of Portfolio Lead within the hub. This is a truly unique role that requires resilience, flexibility, enthusiasm, ability to work well within a large team and to be able react positively to ever changing situations.

As a portfolio lead you will work directly with the young people in the residential home working as part of a 24/7 rota alongside supporting young people and families in the community through Outreach support. in addition you will support the management team to embed the No Wrong Door culture across the service , you will have a quality  assurance and supervisory role and bring the staff team together across the hub and partner services to create the best support plan for our young people. 

The service has 6 Portfolio Leads and they have a designated area within the hub's core offer which are:

- Risk and Uncertainty

- Rebuilding Relationships

- Accommodations and life stage Transitions 

- Activities 

- Emotional and Physical Health and Wellbeing
