We are proud to say we are  well on our journey to delivering fully integrated care between Health and Social Care and we need a skilled Project Support Officer to work with us to achieve this. You will be working across a range of health and social care transformation projects aimed at improving services and outcomes for individuals.

The role will work with multidisciplinary teams from health, social care and the third sector, providing effective support to deliver key objectives and outcomes.

You  will also be responsible for co-ordinating and tracking project activities, collating and analysing information, updating project documentation, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has  excellent data analysis and problem solving skills and have experience of supporting successful projects. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build and develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
