No Wrong Door provides support to Warrington's most vulnerable young people and their families who experience complex and challenging needs.

This role provides support and interventions to young people aged 8-25 so they can achieve the best possible outcome in life.

We are looking for a Residential/Edge of Care Worker to work within The Lighthouse hub in Warrington who will be part of a multi-disciplined team of professionals that provide day-day care of young people staying at The Lighthouse alongside working in the community with young people on the edge of care and their families.

Warrington Children Services has adopted a systemic practice model and relationships with the young people and families we work with is key. Our workers will stick with the young person throughout their time with the Lighthouse and beyond, offering support at some of their most challenging times. 

This is a challenging role and will be suited to a committed, flexible, resilient and positive person. As a designated key worker for a range of young people you will work as part of a 24/7 rota that includes evenings and weekends.

37 Hours per week (worked on a rota Incl evening and weekends)


DBS clearance is required.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
