This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great all age Commissioning and Contracts team in Warrington.  The post is a permanent position within the Contracts and Commissioning Team structure. You will contribute to the delivery of a highly effective Direct Payment service by providing advice and support to those in receipt of or who have been referred for Direct Payments along with supporting the Direct Payment Officers and Team Manager through undertaking, monitoring, reconciling and auditing of Direct Payment accounts identified as high risk or complex. You will manage the reclaim process from Direct Payment accounts along with completing the payment runs for both Direct Payments and Individual Service Funds through the Mosaic system.

Over the next 6 months there are significant changes and developments associated with Care at Home Services. A key focus for you will be to work closely with both the Care Arranging Team, colleagues within the wider Commissioning and Contracts team and service providers to ensure effective and efficient care at home services are delivered to those assessed as requiring support.
