An exciting opportunity has arisen for social workers to apply to Warrington's Under 65 Complex Team, Over 65 Managed Care Team and Hospital Teams.

We currently have vacancies within 3 Adult Teams in Warrington and as a valued member you will be fully supported with your individual case management caseload. You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act in order to deliver personalised assessment, support planning and reviews following the strengths based approach, networking with partners and ensuring holistic outcomes.
