Leader's Forum

Council Leader Cllr Russ Bowden is hitting the road and heading out across Warrington with a string of ‘Leader’s Forums’ throughout 2019.

The forums will be a chance for residents to ask the Leader, outside of formal Council meetings, about local community issues and priorities.

The forums take place once a month in different wards across the borough and are chaired by Council chief executive Professor Steven Broomhead.

The list of upcoming forums is as follows:

  • Tuesday 2 April, 6.30pm-8pm – Grappenhall Cricket Club, Broad Lane, WA4 3ER
  • Tuesday 9 April, 6.30pm-8pm – Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub, Barrow Hall Lane, WA5 3AA
  • Tuesday 16 April, 6.30pm-8pm – Lymm Youth and Community Centre, Bridgewater Street, WA13 0AB
  • Tuesday 14 May, 6.30pm-8pm – Birchwood Community High School, WA3 7PT

Registration for the forums – either to attend or to ask questions – is not required.

Please note, there is limited capacity at each venue, so the forums will be held on a first-come-first-serve basis.
