Have your say on pharmacy services
Warrington Borough Council needs your help to make sure that the pharmacy provision in the borough is right for you and your family.
Responses will help inform the local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) which is a mandatory requirement of local Health and Wellbeing Boards. This document will help to ensure that local pharmacies are providing services and support that will benefit Warrington residents, both now and in the future.
The survey asks about your use of pharmacy services in the last year, and also how you may prefer to access pharmacy services in the future.
You may wish to complete the survey for yourself; and if you are a carer, you may also complete the survey on behalf of the person you care for.
Dr Muna Abdel Aziz, director of public health, said: “The local pharmacy is often the first place people will turn to when they have a concern about their health or that of their family.
This is why it is important we look into the needs of our population and how pharmacies can meet these needs. I would ask everyone to get involved and take a few minutes to respond to this survey, to help us shape the future of the service.”
The survey is anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.
