Next day and two day deliveries:

Some traders offer next day and two day deliveries depending on the time you place an order.

Warrington Fruit and Veg 

Next day delivery: Order online before 4pm (subject to availability)

Two day delivery: Orders online received after 4pm will be processed the following working day and will be delivered or ready to collect the day after.

Colourful Bakery

Next Day Delivery : Order online before 12.30pm, Monday-Friday.

Two Day Delivery: Orders online received after 12.30pm will be processed the following working day and will be delivered or ready to collect the day after.

What time and days do traders deliver?

Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 4pm - Mon- Sat.

Unfortunately, traders are unable to provide you with a delivery time or slot.

The safety of our customers is our upmost priority.

  • All deliveries will be left by your front door.
  • To ensure the item is delivered safely, traders will knock on your door first and step back to a safe distance. After a short wait, they will leave. You do not have to open your door on their arrival.
  • You will not be expected to sign for the delivery

Can I cancel my delivery order?

Online orders

You can cancel an online order before 2pm on the day the order is placed.

You cannot amend or cancel an online order after 2pm as it will be picked and dispatched.

Telephone orders

You cannot amend or cancel a telephone order after it is placed as it will be picked and dispatched.


If you opt to place an order online for delivery, you are responsible for ensuring you provide the correct shipping address. (Traders collect this data from your chosen payment method for deliveries).

If you have not received your order, please email with your name and delivery address within 24 hours. We will work with the trader and arrange a re-delivery the following day.

All telephone orders will require payment at the point of contact. Deliveries will be made the same day where possible. Traders will confirm shipping/delivery timescales at the time of order.

Returns and Refunds

The right to cancel is not available on any food box when ordered by a distance sale or off premises as specified in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Refunds or exchanges will only be excepted in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.




Warrington Borough Council accepts no liability for the supply, delivery or content supplied in any orders and has no involvement in any financial transactions whatsoever. In the event of a problem we will facilitate the initial communication between you and the trader. Please email our support team: (Mon-Fri 10am – 4pm) and include your name, date of your order and a brief explanation of your problem and we will forward to the relevant trader to respond direct.
