The easiest way to contact the council is using our online forms. You can report issues such as abandoned cars, litter, flytipping, dog fouling, potholes and much more.

Important: There are some forms which you won't be able to submit without registering with us. These are:

Missed bin collection
Complaint
Flytipping
Noise and smell pollution
Pest control

This is because we may need to contact you, and it can help us to resolve the problem sooner. It'll also mean that you don't need to fill in your details each time you want to report something online, and you'll be able to track the progress of any issue you report.

We'll never use your details for any other purpose, or pass them to a third party.

You can now report to us online via your smartphone, just download the app from the Apple iStore (link only accessible via an iPhone or iPad) or the Android marketplace. You can submit reports on the move, use your current location (or pick a different location on the map) and snap pictures to send to us.
