The Living Well bus, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, travels to different locations across the region, ensuring it reaches as many areas as possible, to support people to improve their health and wellbeing.
A range of services are available, including the MMR vaccine, physical health checks, referrals and signposting to mental health services, and other appropriate services and organisations.
During periods of peak vaccine demand, the team will prioritise vaccination delivery, health checks will be provided when possible.
Health checks available include:
- Blood pressure and pulse check
- Cholesterol check
- Blood glucose check
- BMI check

- Friday 19 April, Verve Place, Mersey Street, WA1 2GL - 1:30pm - 4pm
