The market is home to more than 50 fantastic independent traders, offering a wide range of goods and services.
The purpose built, state-of-the-art facility features a combination of traditional features and contemporary charm, welcoming an estimated 25,000 visitors per week. The two-storey building is bordered by Bridge Street on one side and the new Time Square public space on the other.
Selling everything from meat, fish, cheese, pies, fruit, veg, cakes and sweets, to jewellery, fabric, handbags, clothes, makeup, perfume, curtains, clothing alterations, comics, musical instruments, fairtrade products, key cutting and shoes repairs – plus there's a great food court where you can eat-in or takeaway.
One of Warrington Market’s major features is a large food court - ‘Cookhouse at Warrington Market’ can be separated from the main market hall, to serve customers into the evening and to host special events.

Following the latest government announcement that Warrington is to be placed into tier 4 - we will once again be operating on limited hours, with essential only traders.

The market has two entrances - one on Bridge Street and one from Time Square, off Academy Way.
You can park on the Time Square multi-storey car park on Bank Street.
The nearest bus stops are on Scotland Road, Academy Street and Rylands Street, or you can walk from Warrington Bus Interchange, which is only a short distance away.
The nearest railway station is Warrington Central, which is a ten minute walk through town.

The market opened to the public in July 2020.
