Click on the welcome message in the top right corner of the screen
You can change your address and phone number in 'My Profile' and your email address in 'Change Email'

How secure is My Warrington account?
Your account is secure and encrypted. For extra security, when you register for a My Warrington account, we ask you to verify you are the account holder.
Will I ever be asked for my username or password by email or over the phone?
We may ask for your username (this is your email address) so we can identify you correctly on our systems. We will never ask you for your password.
How do I keep my account secure?
Do not share your password with anyone.
How will my personal information be used?
When will I receive emails from you?
We only email you with progress updates for services you have told us you want to purchase, use and / or find out about.
If I opt in to receive information about the Council’s services, can I change my mind?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. At the bottom of our emails there are links to 'Unsubscribe' or ‘Update my preferences’ so you can change the information you want to receive.
Will my personal details be sold to 3rd parties for commercial purposes?

We have committed to moving our services online so you can self-serve 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As part of this approach, our customers will need an email account.
