Head down to the multi-award-winning Warrington Market for a night of live entertainment and amazing food and drinks on Thursday 30 November, from 7pm, as the popular Non-Stop Music Quiz returns with a Christmas special and the chance to win a £50 voucher.
The quiz will feature all of your favourite Christmas anthems and dance floor bangers played loudly and proudly with a question to follow each round. However, this is not your run of the mill quiz – think singalongs, audience participation, dancefloor fillers, and much more.
Cllr Tom Jennings, cabinet member for economic development and innovation, said: “The Non-Stop Music Quiz has been another great addition to the Cookhouse event line-up, and will be a sure win with music and quiz lovers alike battling to be crowned the champions as we move towards the festive period.
“The Cookhouse is a fantastic town centre venue, providing customers with an evolving line up of live music, comedy and specialist events, which have all been a success. It’s been great to see these events sell out time and time again and to have more people come and enjoy what the market and Time Square has to offer as a result.”
Scouse comedian Bren, a well-known face on the North West comedy circuit and the host of Warrington Market’s ever-popular Cookhouse Comedy Club, returns as guest MC for the madcap, whirlwind interactive music quiz.
He said: “I’m really looking forward to returning with our Non-Stop Music Quiz after a sell-out event at the market earlier this year. The crowd are always up for a laugh in Warrington and I can’t wait for a good old singalong and a dance to work off all the delicious food and drink that will be enjoyed on the night.”
There are a limited number of early bird tickets available, costing £12 each, before they go on general sale for £15. Bookings of four or more are required per group.
