  • Happy OK Sad - an online directory of local and national mental health support services
  • Kooth - free, safe and anonymous online support for young people
  • CAMHS (Merseycare) - the single point of access to child and adolescent mental health services in Warrington. 
  • CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) - a charity which supports men who are feeling down or finding it hard to cope
  • Papyrus (Prevention of Young Suicide) - for young people who are having thoughts of suicide
  • The Samaritans - confidential support at any time of the day or night for anyone who feels troubled

Pure insight

As a care leaver aged between 16 and 28 years in Warrington you will have access to a specially commissioned bespoke emotional and wellbeing service. They offer mentoring, psychological wellbeing services, counselling. You can find more information about this offer at Pure Insight or by speaking to your Personal Advisor.
