Have your say on sexual health services in Warrington

We want to make sure that sexual health services meet the needs of all of our residents and we would like your views to help shape the future of the sexual health service. 

There are two surveys:

• one is for people who already use the sexual health service
• one is for people who have not recently accessed the sexual health service in Warrington

There is an opportunity to win one of ten £20 Warrington Market vouchers. If you would like to be entered for a prize draw vouchers you will be asked for your contact details at the end of the survey.

What happens next

We will consider all the feedback and use it to inform the service specification and design of future sexual health service.  We will update this page with the outcome of the consultation.
