Talking Points are places you can go to get friendly, face-to-face information, support and guidance to help you to live and stay well in Warrington.
Talking Points are based in the heart of communities across Warrington. They’re a safe place for you to access personalised information and support to help with the issues that matter to you. At every session, the helpful Talking Point team will give you a warm welcome, a hot drink and listen to you as talk through your concerns or issues.
You can be connected to people, places and services to support you in a variety of areas such as:
- Connecting with local groups and activities
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Using online services
- Housing issues
- Carer support
- Health and social care issues
- Finance issues
- Healthy lifestyles
- Getting out and about
Need support about something that doesn’t appear above? No problem, the friendly Talking Point team are there to have a conversation with you about a range of different things. Talking Point advisors don’t come from one particular organisation or profession, so they can offer support and advice on a variety of issues, or they can signpost you to services or organisations who can help.
Talking Points are there to help you to get the right support and advice at the right time. After visiting a Talking Point, we want to make sure you leave feeling better and more informed about how your issue can be resolved, and the next steps towards helping you with this.
