Council tax support and housing benefit claimants will be able to:

• See your claim details, including the people in your household and the income and capital we are currently using to assess your claim
• Submit a new application form
• Inform us of a change in your circumstances, or tell us you have moved address
• Monitor the progress of changes you have told us about and any correspondence you have sent to us
• See your notification letters
• See details of payments you have received, and your next benefit payment
• See details of any overpayments you may have received
