Togetherall provides an online, anonymous, 24/7 clinically moderated forum where members can connect with other members from all over the world with shared experiences or with those who may be feeling the same. You may be suffering from Anxiety, depression, stress at work, isolation, or perhaps situational distress like a relationship break up or bereavement, or you may simply want to improve your wellbeing.

Togetherall is a place where we empower people to anonymously seek and provide support to others.

Social and emotional support is mutually offered and reciprocated, allowing our members to benefit from the support whether they are giving or receiving it – having conversations of similar life experiences, bringing about a sense of normalization and connection with others.

The service is clinically managed and professionally moderated 24 hours a day by a team of registered mental health professionals called Wall Guides, who facilitate engagement across the community and its behaviour.

As well as our community, Togetherall also provides a hub of wellbeing tools, courses and resources for members to use as they wish.
