We are a support group for adults (18+) on the Neuro diverse spectrum or suspect that they may be on the spectrum i.e. Autism, Asperger's, ASD, ASC,ADHD, ADD, sensory processing disorder. Specific learning disorders such as dyslexia etc.

We are happy with young people 16+ visiting as long as they are accompanied by a parent or carer.

We offer a place that you can fit in, feel supported without feeling judged or looked down on.

Our main aim is to make friends, be creative, have fun but most importantly relax and allow you to be yourself. No formal diagnosis is needed
