Our Early Years SEND team are fully committed to improving outcomes for our children in Warrington and upskilling the workforce, we are dedicated and passionate in providing early intervention and enabling children to thrive in their earliest years.
The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Early years SEND team for Early years SEND outreach worker.
What's needed?
You should have experience/ knowledge to contribute and deliver training on all aspects of inclusion of children with SEND for SENCOs and staff in early years settings, alongside other WBC education, health and social care colleagues.
You will be expected to observe, plan and review targets alongside our Early Years SENCo’s, advise next steps and model effective strategies accordingly.
We would welcome commitment and passion for Early Years and SEND with enthusiasm to support and challenge early years sector improvement, drawing on your expertise and knowledge to support and guide our Early years professionals in promoting inclusion for our Early Years children with SEND.
