Your local leisure centres are run by Livewire, a community interest company (CIC) who look after leisure, library and lifestyle services in Warrington.
We’ve included some useful information here, but please visit the Livewire website for more.
All you need to do is get a Livewire membership. It’s easy, and there are lots of different options.
As well as visiting the gym and going swimming, there’s loads to do! Sports like football, badminton, tennis, basketball, hockey, bowling, martial arts, squash, netball and table tennis are all available.
And there are fitness classes including aerobics, aquafit, body combat and body pump, HIIT, cycling, pilates, yoga, step classes, Zumba.
And there’s so much more! Check with the leisure centre directly before your visit as you might need to book in advance for some things. make sure to look at locations, opening times and contact details for your local leisure centres.
You can do different things at each leisure centre, but a Livewire membership means you can go to any centre and use the gym or swimming pool, book tennis courts and other sport pitches, and go to fitness classes.
