I would like to express my strong objection to the development of Thelwall Hayes with 300+ houses. This was never included in the last proposed local plan, it has been the subject of a previous planning refusal by a government inspector and Cliff Lane is a totally unacceptable access for this development. It has continuous drainage problems, an under bridge which is only one vehicle wide and a height restriction.
