I strongly object to the above plan for the following reasons: There is no justification for the predicted growth. There is no need for the volume of housing development and mass use of employment land. No justification for scale of green belt release. Significant negative impact to air quality and local ecology. No need to fundamentally change the landscape of local villages and large swathes of one area of Warrington. There is no clarity on the means of delivery. There is no indication of new infrastructure, roads, cycle paths or parking provision to support the proposed plan. There is no consideration for the Town central area and other areas around Warrington, this is an unbalanced plan and will fundamentally change the green belt and existing residential areas around South Warrington.
