I would like to register my strong disapproval to the revised local plan. There is no provision for improved access to the town centre from south Warrington. There is no mention of the utilisation of brownfield sites in and around the town centre. It appears to me that it will result in more privileged people living south of the town commuting into Liverpool &/or Manchester. It should be abandoned at the first opportunity & efforts made to improve facilities in the town centre.
