My concerns are mainly cantered on the proposed development at Thelwall Heyes. I am concerned about the inevitable local impact caused by additional traffic over the Latchford swing bridge and in Latchford village as a result of the proposed additional houses at Thelwall Heyes as well as additional traffic from the proposed South East Employment Area. There is a lack of detail about any proposed improved road infrastructure support for the Thelwall Heyes development, taking into account the consistent run-down of public transport services in this area and lack of safe cycle routes in to town. I am also concerned about the overloading of existing public services ( hospital in particular) by the general, proposed increase in housing. It is also of concern to see that local Parish Councils have set themselves against the justification for the basis of the proposed development.
