Questions infrastructure plan to support proposals. A full review of additional infrastructure in support the plans must be put in place & agreed before any further development takes place. Existing transport/congestion issues not addressed.

Revised Plan is a poor effort and needs serious amendments before it is acceptable. This plan appears to do little for the Town Centre, in fact it will draw money away.
