Summary of comments

Object to the volume of properties proposed which will make Warrington a commuter town. Unclear what the housing numbers are based on and whether they are realistic. Consideration required for Brexit and Covid. Much of the development is on green field sites. Little industry/employment in the south of the town yet lots of houses proposed here. None of the proposals seem to address investment in the town centre - regeneration of the town centre appears to have been neglected by the plan. The proposed developments will put significant strain on existing infrastructure, social and road infrastructure. The roads are already too busy. The types of housing being proposed are not affordable. The Council is not making decisions in the best interests of Warrington residents.
