The plan fails to address the issues of congestion on our already over stretched transport infrastructure in South Warrington. The negative impact on air quality which has already been proven to be poor and above national standards in Warrington. The justification for releasing large areas of green belt to build (as yet) unjustified and unproven mass housing whilst brown field sites remain undeveloped. The proposed Six56 development which is the wrong business in the wrong place and will bring minor employment to the area but major congestion on the motorways and local roads. I live in Appleton Thorn and am already dismayed at the amount of houses being built in the area. It is destroying the character of the village and the ecology of the area forever.
