I believe the plan needs more work before it is finalised. In particular I do not understand how the development proposed for Warrington south would not lead to a serious detriment to the environment due to the resulting increase in car use on inadequate roads. I would suggest the planners look at developing the transport plan to improve non car transport. In addition the planners should consider whether the land now available near Fiddlers Ferry should be developed first. Finally the land around the M56 near junction 10 is home to significant flocks of lapwings in the winter. The planners should take that into account.
