Existing overbridge of the railway line and canal -it is noted that this will be upgraded or replaced as necessary. Any upgrades / replacement must ensure access for all is provided under the Equalities Act. The development should also provide further integrated links via sustainable transport routes as part of the site development. Again, the TPT is represented as the Trans Pennine Way ? please change to Trans Pennine Trail.
