If you're the landlord of a property and you have a tenant move in or out then you need to let us know. 

You’ll need to tell us:

• your name
• your address
• the address of the property you are renting out
• the date you bought the property
• the name and address of the previous owner, and the previous tenants, if you know
• whether the property was furnished
• the name(s) of your tenants
• your tenants’ old address
• the date the tenancy starts, and the date they moved in
