The Governors are looking to appoint an effective and highly motivated Level 2 & Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our hardworking staff.

The appointed person will primarily work in all areas of school, but may be asked to work in any year group throughout the school. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can work collaboratively with other staff in the team.
  • Can contribute to observations and assessments of children's learning.
  • Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs.
  • Can communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff.
  • Can develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of children.
  • Has a positive approach to managing children's behaviour.
