We provide a pest control service for both residential and commercial properties that are within Warrington.
Residential appointments are for customers who have a pest problem in their own home. If this is not the case then you must book a commercial appointment.
Before you book an appointment please read the terms and conditions for the Pest Control service.
Commercial appointments are for customers who have a pest problem in a commercial premises or a domestic premises that is not their own home e.g. a Landlord. If you are a Landlord whether you have a tenant in the property or it is vacant you must pay the commercial charge. If you have a commercial contract you will need to have your contract number to hand to book an appointment.
Payment must be paid in advance, unless you have a valid pest control contract with the council.
All prices below are inclusive of VAT.

Once you have booked an appointment please ensure you read the pre-treatment advice sheet and instructions prior to our pest officers attending.
If you want to cancel your appointment and receive a refund please sign in to your My Warrington Account or call Contact Warrington - at least 1 working day before the scheduled appointment (Mon to Fri) to receive a full refund. We do not accept cancellations via email.
We can’t give you a refund if you cancel less than one working day before your scheduled appointment.
For Example; if your scheduled appointment is on Monday you must cancel on the Thursday before.
