Commercial appointments are for customers who have a pest problem in a commercial premises or a domestic premises that is not their own home e.g. a Landlord.

If you are a Landlord whether you have a tenant in the property or it is vacant you must pay the commercial charge. If you have a commercial contract you will need to have your contract number to hand to book an appointment.

Payment must be paid in advance unless you have a valid pest control contract with the council.

Additional nests are charged at £75 when being booked in/treated as multiple nests during one appointment. They do not apply to any nests identified after a completed appointment.
If we are unable to treat on attending the appointment we will issue a 50% refund.

Additional charge for fogging treatment if required. Information and cost will be discussed during the initial treatment.

Before you book an appointment please read the terms and conditions for the Pest Control service. 

What happens next?

Once you have made a booking, please read our pre-treatment advice and instructions before the day of your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment

You can cancel your appointment by signing in to your My Warrington Account or calling us on 01925 443322.

To get a refund, you must cancel at least 1 working day before you appointment (Monday - Friday). For Example, if your scheduled appointment is on Monday you must cancel on the Thursday before. We can not accept cancellations by email.

If you cancel less then one working day before your appointment we can't give you a refund.
