Risley Moss

Did you know our rangers at Risley Moss local nature reserve regularly work with primary schools, colleges, universities and uniform groups (such as brownies and clubs)?

Popular subjects range from habitats, wildlife and local history walks and talks to more in depth studies of peatbog ecology and most importantly all of our subjects are fully adaptable and suited for different age groups!

We've also got a classroom to hire that's available for schools and colleges across town. If you're a Warrington business you'll definitely want to use our classroom for meetings or training sessions as you won't find a location this unique and tranquil anywhere else!

For more information please contact us using the details below - we can't wait to hear from you!

There is a Dog Control Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in place for Warrington. It provides the ability to take action against irresponsible dog owners who fail to control or clean up after their dog.

Dogs must be on a lead at Nature reserves and are not permitted to enter ponds or waterbodies.

Read our Dog fouling and control public space protection order or report dog fouling to us.
