There is lots of support for parents and carers of disabled children and adults, here are just a few places you can go to for information, support and advice.
During the term time, WPAC hold different session's throughout the months. In the school holiday's, they hold a Chat & Play session weekly with different activities.

The centre is open to anyone with a disability (and their family and friends) along with parents or carers.
